ACSS remains committed to focus on the ever changing world we live and
work in. Our officers receive on-going refresher training throughout the year ensuring they are always aware of updated in company programs and procedures. Quarterly classroom training is also provided at many of our customer’s facilities with ACSS instructors providing pertinent work related topics including:
- Customer Service and Public Relations
- Detailed incident documentation
- Sexual Harassment
- Emergency Preparedness
- Conflict Resolution
- Appearance and Professionalism
Brown Bag Training
One of the most successful training forums ACSS conducts throughout the country is our Brown Bag Training Forum. This training forum enables us to provide a “working lunch” to our employees as we provide refresher training on programs pertinent to your facility. Many times, ACSS employees are joined with many of our customers other employees and contractors (property managers, Engineering and janitorial staff) to share information and programs that benefit the operation. It’s a terrific way to learn and share information with the group and have some fun in the process.
Specialized Training
ACSS provides a number of specialized training courses which are applicable for many of our clients programs. Examples of Specialized Training consist of:
- CPR/First Aid
- Automated External Defibrillators (AED)
- Bike and Segway Patrols
- Vehicle Patrol
- Emergency Action Planning
- Metal Detectors & X-Ray Detection
