Our company policy of professional certification ensures that our clients receive industry-specific security experts. Because of this, a significant percentage of candidates fail to pass ACSS’ stringent selection process. Therefore, we must maintain on-going recruiting efforts to ensure a sufficient number of quality candidates are available.

Recruiting functions are typically handled by human resource managers in ACSS branch offices. In larger branch offices, a dedicated recruiter is employed. Additional support is also provided by the ACSS regional and corporate human resource managers.

We are active and aggressive when recruiting in the marketplace.  Advertising, employee referrals, internal postings, and working with a wide range of organizations that supply strong candidates are all used during recruitment efforts.

For optimal results, management performs a periodic recruiting analysis of each ACSS branch office to assess the effectiveness of its strategy. This leads to more viable candidates in the long run.
