• Customer specific On-line Quality Assurance and Budgetary Reporting

The results have been considerable.  In the past two years alone, we have provided savings in excess of $400,000 for each year.  Average employee productivity has increased by more than 35%, delivering these savings and compensating for wage and benefit adjustments.
