A worldwide leader in semiconductor fabrication equipment was faced with a period of exponential growth in overall square footage and number of buildings occupied.  Additionally, the usage within the space varied greatly, consisting of: high visibility/high usage customer visitation areas in office and clean room space, warehousing and manufacturing, executive headquarters, general office space, food service and cafeteria areas as well as research and development.  The customer required a service provider capable of growing with them and having expertise in a diverse, dynamic environment. 

After ABM Janitorial was chosen to answer this call, we designed a program to meet all of the customer’s various needs while maximizing coverage to critical areas.  Within the cyclical world of high-tech, we have had to create standards within a flexible structure, allowing us to alternatively expand and compress as needed to ensure conformity and satisfaction to the customer and their business requirements.
