Cost accounting and reporting systems: With extensive experience gained from working with hundreds of clients, we have developed a series of report templates to assist our transition teams deliver reports that meet our client’s needs.
Live customer support: Furthermore, ABM’s Electronic Services Department supports our teams with real computer and software support. We provide a fully integrated solution for facility maintenance, customized to our clients’ needs.
All of ABM Facility Services’ technologies are protected by a sophisticated firewall system managed by the ABM internal IT staff. As added protection, we have engaged Sunguard to maintain a continuous disaster plan which will recover ABM’s critical electronic data to a hot site in Scottsdale, Arizona.
