Erin M. Andre
Erin Andre joined ABM Industries in 2005 as Senior Vice President of Human Resources where she utilizes her in-depth knowledge of human resource management to implement integrated and comprehensive programs.
An accomplished Human Resources professional, Ms. Andre’s background includes over 20 years providing direction and counsel in various corporate settings: large/small, union/non-union, corporate/field, and regulated/non-regulated. Her functional specialties include extensive experience in employee and labor relations, strategic planning, organizational design, development and implementation of compensation and benefit strategies, recruitment, and talent/performance management.
A graduate of the University of the Pacific, Ms. Andre achieved her Bachelor of Science in Public Administration.
Wayne Greenleaf
Wayne Greenleaf joined ABM Industries in 2003. As Assistant Vice President and Director of Employee Benefits, he is responsible for planning, designing and directing ABM’s employee benefit plans. Prior to his relocation to San Francisco and ABM, he spent his career in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in Human Resources and benefits management.
A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BA in Psychology and an MBA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, Mr. Greenleaf is a retired Captain in the US Naval Reserve and a United States Naval Academy Blue and Gold Information Officer.
Anna Esquivel
Anna Esquivel joined ABM Industries Incorporated in 1997. As Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, her responsibilities include management of performance, employee relations, harassment & discrimination investigations, leaves of absence, termination reviews, wage & hour issues, manual & employment forms management, human resource training, affirmative action and regulatory compliance.
A native of San Francisco, Ms. Esquivel received her BA from San Francisco State University. Ms. Esquivel began working for ABM Industries Incorporated in the Human Resources Department in 1997. She was promoted from Employee Relations Specialist to Manager of Employee Relations & Training in 2001; in 2002 she became the Director of Employee Relations & Training and in 2004 she was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Human Resources.
William M. Horton
William “Mike” Horton joined ABM Industries in 2005 as Assistant Vice President of Compensation. His extensive compensation experience includes base salary programs, mergers and acquisitions, design and administration of sales compensation plans, executive compensation, deferred compensation and total compensation.
With over ten years as Vice President/Director of Compensation for Charles Schwab & Company, Mr. Horton brings a great deal of compensation expertise to the ABM team. Additionally, his experience with Northern Telecom (now Nortel Networks) and the Walt Disney Company further demonstrate his ability to effectively partner with senior management to create and implement corporate strategies, policies and programs that are aligned with business objectives, are competitive in the external market and are cost effective in their delivery
A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Mr. Horton achieved his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Psychology before moving to the West Coast.
