401(k) Plan*

ABM is pleased to offer a very competitive 401(k) plan. The most common plan for which employees are eligible is Plan 1. In this plan, ABM matches 100% of the first 3% of pay contributed to the 401(k) plan, and then 50% of the next 2% of pay contributed to the plan. If an employee elects to contribute a total of 5% or more of pay to the plan, ABM will contribute a total of 4% of pay. The best part is that all company contributions are vested!
