LOS ANGELES – May 10, 2006 – Ampco System Parking, a wholly owned subsidiary of ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM), has been awarded a multi-year, multi-million dollar contract with The City of Minneapolis. The contract covers parking operations management as well as security, janitorial and engineering services for the City’s 30 parking facilities containing more than 25,000 parking spaces.

In addition, the city welcomes an average of 90,000 visitors daily, which increases substantially during events at the Target Center and the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome. There are also 30,000 residents living in Downtown Minneapolis.
